REDEFINING BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Along with the rest of the world, Blooming Footprint has rolled with the punches trying to navigate and support the live events industry. We have modified our approach to brand development within this new 'normal'. Our primary clients are music and event related, which has obviously undergone a dramatic change due to social distancing regulations. We have continued ahead with our clients, focusing on positive changes that keep everyone safe.
In addition to helping our events and musicians pave new & creative direction in the industry, we are also helping clients find new avenues to work from home. Since Blooming Footprint’s inception in 2009, Amy Kliever, Katie Fox and their team have produced a prolific amount of logos & brands, websites, marketing campaigns along with PR and event promotion for a wide range of artists, musicians, bands, music festivals, non-profits & retail clients.
Katie and her team focus on Marketing Technology to maximize client’s exposure using a variety of clever and inventive angles to build integrated marketing strategies. Amy focuses on creative development and brand consistency for client’s web presence and all outward facing collateral. Through the use of dynamic content, social media campaigns and audience targeting,

CO-FOUNDER, MARKETING TECHNOLOGIST &
Katie received her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kansas and moved into sales and marketing in the health club and spa industries soon thereafter. Feeling the power of entrepreneurship, she moved into the startup world and after working at 4 different companies, transitioned into business for herself. Katie now builds and executes integrated marketing strategies that align with her social and environmental values in the live event space. She has proven success in creating strategies that use the latest technologies to further organic & paid buzz surrounding musicians, bands, music festivals and non-profits by creating exclusive experiences that reinforce emotional attachment.
Erin, born and raised in Wisconsin, joined the Marine Corps after high school, which landed her in San Diego, CA. After serving four years, she attended college and sought out a career in the music industry. Erin caught that music bug at 11 years old, at her first major concert. The energy and connection shared between the artists and their fans stuck with her...she wanted to bring that special experience to others in some way. Erin graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from San Diego State University in 2007. She acquired an internship with artist management company 'The Madero Group' that summer, which turned into a five year stint where she honed her skills in promotions, PR and fan relations for many great musicians. Erin joined Blooming Footprint in April 2012 for another perspective on the music biz, and also to expand her marketing skills in other industries.
CO-FOUNDER, GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGN & ILLUSTRATION
Amy got her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Illustration and Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. Using the diverse cultures of San Francisco as a jumping off point, she has explored every visual art form and has excelled at many providing her wide range of skills to musicians, artists, art collectives, non-profits, festivals, start-ups, corporations, and many more. Amy’s fine art background combined with her digital savvy offers clients a consistent source of original material that keeps pace with the times. Since 2010, she has lived in Melbourne, Australia expanding her experience and client-base internationally. In 2019, she launched Toss It Swap It, an illustrated guide to sustainable living.
Sheree was born and raised in Missouri, where she graduated from Missouri Western University with a B.A. in English and Public Relations. After school she moved to Denver and completed an internship for Madison House and SCI Fidelity, soaking up the lush music scene of Colorado. Once back in the Midwest, Sheree began working for Pipeline Productions which is responsible for Wakarusa Music Festival and the former Mulberry Mountain Harvest Festival along with 2 live music venues: The Bottleneck and Crossroads KC. Thanks to a good friend, she was introduced to Katie and the Blooming Footprint crew and has taken on a roll as PR STRATEGIST and is looking forward to what the future holds!
Sarah grew up in Columbus, Ohio and attended college at Bowling Green State University where she received her degree in Tourism, Leisure and Event Planning with a minor in Communication. Being a huge music lover since a young age, she always knew she wanted to pursue a career in the music industry. Upon graduation, Sarah headed down to Floyd, Virginia for a summer where she completed an internship with Across the Way Productions, which put on FloydFest in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. When she returned home to Ohio, she began working for Musical Earth as a publicist and marketing assistant for various bands and music festivals, where she learned a great deal about marketing in the music industry. After deciding she was ready for a change of scenery, she decided to head out West to Denver and was introduced to Katie. Sarah is now working as a Marketing Technologist with Blooming Footprint and is stoked to be part of the BF team!
Ever enamored by the experience of others, Sami Lien has always sought out opportunities to put herself in the way of a really great story. After 13 years in promotions, marketing and business management in a variety of industries, Sami stumbled into the world of publicity in 2011 and has found a tremendous joy in connecting individuals all over the map to their own passions and pursuits.
In addition to authoring a number of feature articles for entertainment publications, Sami holds a Bachelor's in Journalism and a Masters in Business and Entertainment Management. Graduate school took her through an internship with AEG Live and to London to study business operations directly from faculty at The O2 Arena, 2012 Olympics Committee, Wimbledon, and Sound City, Liverpool's annual music festival. Any event that supports her lifelong case of wanderlust will always be entertained.
To drive her own passions, Sami serves as Chairman of the Board for Stories Without Borders, a non-profit that works with organizations across borders to empower new storytellers. In 2013, Sami and her husband established Songs For Jake, a music collaboration channel designed with the simple mission of getting great songs to one really big music lover. The channel features videos from the duo, as well as many of their friends all over the country. Give it a look and get in touch if you might want to submit a video!
Michelle Voeller has been passionate about music from an early age singing in choirs, playing the french horn in symphony orchestra, and listening to music with friends while growing up in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in English & secondary education. She taught high school writing and literature classes in Denver for seven years before opening her own yoga studio there. Michelle is also the owner of Natural Harmony, LLC where she leads international yoga retreats & offers reiki energy sessions adding positive, peaceful vibes to the world. She learned hands-on about marketing and social media by running Harmony Yoga studio for ten years. After living a big adventure on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua for a year, she is back in Colorado, soaking up the amazing music scene, living in beautiful Boulder with her partner, Joe, and her dog, Daisy.
Originally from the Buffalo, New York area, Mikala got her Bachelors of Public Relations at Kent State University in 2019. Growing up with music lovers and being active in her high school’s band and chorus programs, Mikala found her passion of music and writing in college, working for Kent’s Black Squirrel Radio. She further explored the music scene, curating five concerts in Kent and interviewing local and national bands under her own company, M&M Entertainment. Once she graduated, she moved to Denver, obtaining marketing positions with Blooming Footprint and Live For Live Music. She wakes up, puts on music and is passionate about spreading and promoting good music to people around the world. You can often find her walking around Capitol Hill, reading and writing on everything music, or dancing to the groove of some funky music when she’s not working!
